According to the National Restaurant Association of America. The American comeback has projected sales to be over 200 billion more in 2021 over 2020, and up to 800 billion more by 2027.

2022 brings revival to the industry in the categories of eating out, meal preparation outside of the home, and continued growth for carry out and delivery which became an important factor in the restaurant industry through the pandemic.
